We hold a 50-80-minute consultation in which I ask questions designed to bring out your unique set of experiences, character traits, skills & successes. Your CV will be professionally laid out - no tables, text boxes, columns, pictures or PDF, which can be difficult to parse by ATS / CV scanning software. I have 10+ years' experience writing CVs - both for CV companies and independently - so I know what good looks like. Pay an £80 deposit to book the consultation and writing time. 3. Receive a Consultation Preparation email - to help you prepare. 4. I will call you and we hold the consultation. 5. I will write the CV within a week, usually sooner. 6. You will study the CV and note anything not perfect. 7. We use those notes in the collaborative 'Changes' conversation - using our respective perspectives, my knowledge/guidance, and your knowledge and desires to perfect the CV. This can take place up-to 3 weeks after delivery, and is 100% open to your thoughts and feedback. My job is to get it perfect for your next steps, not to skimp on time and push back against your feedback. These processes have been developed over the years as my personal 'best practices'. The consultation also serves as excellent preparation for interviews (due to thinking about, finding & articulating answers) and provides some aspects of careers counselling - serving as an excellent mirror to your life and choices.
