We hold a 1.5-2 hour consultation in which I ask the right questions to find out the value you've brought to roles - therefore will bring to others. Your CV will be professionally laid out - no tables, text boxes, columns, pictures or PDF, which can be difficult to parse by ATS or CV scanning software. I have 10+ years' experience writing CVs - both for big/small name CV companies and independently - so I know what good looks like. I will write the CV within a week, usually sooner. 6. You will study the CV and note anything not perfect. 7. We use those notes in the collaborative 'Changes' conversation - using our respective perspectives, my knowledge/guidance, and your knowledge and desires to perfect the CV. This can take place up-to 3 weeks after delivery, and is 100% open to your thoughts and feedback. My job is to get it perfect for your next steps, not to skimp on time and push back against your feedback. These processes have been developed over the years as my personal 'best practices'.
